Two months of random projects

Given it’s been so long since I’ve last been on here, a mountain of craft projects are waiting to be shared.  The first, Lois’ Christmas frock.

The detail

I was particulary pleased with the felt flowers, ok they took some time and a few attempts, but I love them. Plus I got to use some of my gorgeous felt from Lupin Handmade (http://www.etsy.com/shop/lupin?ga_search_query=felt+%2B+lupin&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmade)

Other Christmas projects included my God Daughter’s plimpsole bag. Lucky Lottie got some of my, oh so special, Liberty fabric appliqued on the front. Obviously, the bag was filed with fabulous party shoes and not plimpsoles!

Lucky Lottie?

Talking of my collection of Liberty fabric, I managed to find a very practical use for it by making a very ugly V pillow into a delectable delight.

Ugly V pilllow?

Flower power rocks!

  1. Hiya – would it be okay to include a pic of these felt flowers in my next “show and tell” post on my blog, showcasing the lovely things made by my customers?

  2. Thanks Wendy, I really appreciate it! I’ll be in touch with the link as soon as it’s published (should be in the next week or so, I’m just waiting for someone else to get back to me).
